Our Standards
We are committed to providing a welcoming and inspiring community for all. Everyone participating in Condelo spaces is expected to uphold this code of conduct. We do not tolerate behaviour that is disrespectful, exclusionary, or harmful. Our standards apply equally to all participants regardless of experience level, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.

Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, please report it by emailing conduct@condelo.com. All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed by the conduct committee. You can expect a response within 48 hours. We take every report seriously and will work with you to understand the situation and determine an appropriate course of action.
Enforcement
Violations of this code of conduct will result in consequences proportional to the severity of the offence. These may include a formal warning for first-time or minor infractions, a temporary ban from community spaces for repeated or more serious violations, or a permanent ban for severe or persistent misconduct. The conduct committee reserves the right to determine the appropriate response in each case.
Scope
This code of conduct applies to all company spaces, including but not limited to our platform, repositories, forums, chat channels, events (both virtual and in-person), communications, and any public representation of Condelo. It extends to interactions with community members, partners, and customers in any context where you are acting on behalf of or in association with Condelo.
