Payment: Build fee payable 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Ongoing commission deducted automatically via Stripe Connect.
IP Ownership: Condelo retains ownership of the platform. Client owns their data and custom app configuration. Source code for the client app is delivered on completion.
SLA: 99.5% uptime target for platform services. Response time targets: critical issues within 4 hours, standard issues within 1 business day.
Data Protection: GDPR-compliant. Data processing agreement (DPA) to be executed separately. All data hosted in EU region.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. On termination, client data exported in standard format within 14 days.
